How we handle your information

Contact and booking forms

When you send an enquiry or book a call, we receive what you enter: usually your name, email, business details and message. We use it only to reply, arrange the call and do the work you ask about. It's stored in Bear Digital's Wix site dashboard (Wix hosts this website, its forms and bookings) and in our email. We don't sell it or use it for marketing lists.

When you ask for the free Phone Budget workbook, we receive your email address and whether you ticked the box for occasional news. We use it to email you the workbook and, only if you ticked the box, to send occasional news about new workbooks and deals; every one of those emails says how to unsubscribe. It's kept in a private Bear Digital spreadsheet in Google Drive and sent through our Google email.

Purchases and delivery

Checkout and payment are handled by Wix. We receive your order details, such as your name, email and what you bought; your card details go to the payment processor, not to us. After you pay, we email your files from support@bearbuiltdigital.com using Google's Gmail.

For workbooks with a Google Sheets edition, we share those Sheets view-only with your checkout email for 24 hours so you can make your own copies, then remove access. A private delivery log records the order number, email, files shared and when access ends, so we can fix delivery problems and remove access on time.

Some workbooks are also sold on Payhip, an alternative store. If you buy there, Payhip handles checkout and delivery under its own privacy policy.

Live AI demo

Text and files you send in the live demo go from your browser to a Google Apps Script relay run by Bear Digital, which passes them to Anthropic's Claude API to draft rows and returns the result to the page. The relay doesn't save or log what you send; it keeps only short-lived usage counters tied to a random ID for your browser tab.

Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API inputs and outputs are deleted within 30 days and aren't used to train models; content flagged for a usage-policy breach can be kept up to 2 years. See Anthropic's retention page and its training page. Please use fictional or redacted examples.

Services we rely on

• Wix: website hosting, forms, bookings, store and checkout.
• Google: email, file storage, Google Sheets delivery and the demo relay.
• Anthropic: the AI used by the live demo.
• Payhip: the alternative store, only if you buy there.

Each handles data under its own privacy policy. Some of them may store data outside Canada.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing support@bearbuiltdigital.com. We'll reply within 30 days. We may need to keep order records for tax purposes.
