How notes become rows
- Paste your notes, a client email, a list of receipts or a photo of a handwritten page into ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot, along with the guide's notes-to-rows prompt.
- The AI returns rows that match your workbook's own columns and dropdowns, with anything unclear listed under "To check".
- You check the rows and paste them into the yellow input cells. The workbook's formulas update every total.
Good to know. An AI account is not included; the prompts work with the free or paid plans of ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot. AI tools can make mistakes, so check every row and answer against your workbook. Nothing in the guides is financial, tax or legal advice.
